Majority of products made by Kirei Pixie are made to order. For this reason, as well as hygienic safety, we are unable to offer returns. 

Should an item arrive incorrect or damaged, please contact teethgutsandglitter@gmail.com with your order number, or dm us on instagram as these instances will be handled in a case by case basis. We will try our best to assist you however we can and provide a fair solution!
